π—›π—”π—£π—£π—˜π—‘π—œπ—‘π—š 𝗑𝗒π—ͺ| Quality Management System (QMS) Planning of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region XII for FY 2025. The planning process involves identifying relevant external and internal issues, understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties, and setting clear QMS objectives and targets. It also includes identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance the overall effectiveness of the QMS.
In her address, RD Mahinay-Sero emphasized the importance of the QMS, describing it as the “backbone of the organization.” She also mentioned the need for consistent reviews, strict compliance, and agile decision-making to maintain the system’s efficiency and effectiveness. The activity is being attended by Top Management, the Regional Quality Management Representative (QMR), Deputy QMRs, QMS Secretariats, Process Owners, and Focal Persons.
The planning session represents a critical step toward strengthening internal governance and enhancing service delivery by aligning the QMS with the department’s strategic objectives, national directives, and performance targets. It plays a pivotal role in sustaining ISO standards compliance, promoting continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Ultimately, the session reflects DILG Region XII’s steadfast commitment to delivering effective public service through a unified, strategic, and quality-driven approach.
