The Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU) of DILG XII conducted the RPMES Orientation (Batch 2) for the LGUs of Cotabato Province today, March 5, 2025, at FCG Hotel and Convention Center, Brgy. Binoligan, Kidapawan City.
The Orientation was graced by Provincial Director Inecita C. Kionisala along with PDMU Chief Engr. Herminia S. Ontoy. Participants of the activity are the SubayBAYAN permanent focal persons and their alternates.

Moreover, a thorough discussion of the SubayBAYAN guidelines was conducted, providing clarity on the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for a successful project completion. Further, the participants were equipped with the skills needed to effectively implement these tools in their projects.
