For the Province of Cotabato, the Audit was conducted last November 22, 2024 in the Municipality of Makilala and November 29, 2024 in the Municipalities of Arakan and President Roxas respectively and were facilitated by LGOO V Cristy Jane A. Buenaflor and LGOO II Shylack C. Limao from DILG Regional Office, together with LGOO II Kreisel D. Camasura of Cotabato Provincial Office.

Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) members and concerned LGU personnel participated in the Audit. Participants from the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), Office of the Building Official (OBO), the Municipal Treasurer, Municipal Economic Development Officer/Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer (LEDIPO/MEDO), as well as the local Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) of the identified LGUs were also present during the said activity.
The EODB Audit aims to assess and monitor the progress of LGUs in complying with the provisions of Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB-EGSD) Act of 2018 and seeks to support the LGUs in meeting the EODB requirements.
